Key Requirements
- All must have a valid practicing license.
- 3 years and above working experience in the same industry.
- For architect one should be certified and a registered member of AAK.
- For Quantity surveyor one should be certified and registered member of Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya and AAK.
- For Engineers, one should be registered with EBK.
- Contractors must be registered with NCA.
